Paradise Point at Pelican Bay

Summary:
Experience modern luxury and simple clean taste as you enter into this 3 bed 3 bath immaculate condo. Pelican Bay is a well maintained and hidden gem of rentals. Quiet and serene pools, free parking, boat slip, PWC slip, furnished deck to enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the water views. Close to the well loved Margaritaville giving you the socialization you may want but a quick drive back to the condo for the rest and privacy you need. This is truly what vacation dreams are made of!

The Space:
3 bedroom 3 full baths. Master suite with a king bed directly off of the kitchen and living, the second bedroom hosting a queen bed and a bathrooom outside the door. A third bedroom upstairs with 3 queen beds and a sweet loft perfectly designed for games and socializing with a private bathroom as well. A personal entrance code via smart lock, 12x36 Boat Slip, a PWC Slip. Fully stocked kitchen, all linens and towels provided. Laundry is also on site in the unit for your use. We do provide some snacks and coffee to get you started on your trip however we do not provide these amenities for the entirety of your stay. We do provide soaps, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap and dishwashing pods.

Guest Access:
There are stairs required to enter the unit and to access the third bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
Pelican Bay has a stunning seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub and kiddie pool. 3 marinas nearby with boat and jet ski rentals.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed, there is an additional pet fee of $75. We must be notified of pet upon booking, if there is a pet discovered on the property there will be an additional fee on top of the original pet fee.
If you plan to park a trailer, there is a $5/night fee for trailer parking that will need to be communicated before your stay to get your pass.
There is a ring doorbell camera upon entering the property. This does not look into any interior spaces, recording sounds and video.
No smoking, parties or events.
Must be 25 and older to book.
Quiet hours 10:00PM to 7:00AM
The property does required stairs to access and there is no elevator.

Interaction with Guests:
I will be on call during your stay, unless we receive a report or complaint from neighbors or HOA we will not need to have any interaction. Please feel free to call or text with any questions :)
