My family and I enjoyed the large bedrooms with comfortable beds and adjoining bathrooms. We met up from three different states and had plenty of parking in front of the property. We used the screened in porch during the evenings for long conversations and boat watching. The kitchen was well stocked, including a coffee maker and Keurig. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed the screened in porch every morning for coffee and every evening. Great setup that all bedrooms have a great view and their own bathroom. Would go back there again

family reunion

Our group consisted of four siblings and one in-law. The bedroom and bathroom configuration filled our needs well. It was a lovely condo in a lovely setting. Our only disappointments were the lack of toiletries (small soap bars for showering), since most people expect those accommodations when they travel; the lack of shower bars in the tub/shower combinations; the relatively few eating dishes; and the lack of internet connection.

5-star house, management company needs best communication training.

First the house is extremely nice and maintained. The online listing is light on details. You should know that bedrooms 2 & 3 are downstairs. The bedroom on the main floor shares it's bathroom with the main floor. The trees have also grown since the picture on the deck was taken, so the view is somewhat less wide than shown. The only real issue I had was with the responsiveness of the management company and the local contact. I posted 2 questions thru VRBO, one in March and one in Sept and never received a response. I texted the number listed on VRBO that was answered by a bot, but eventually got a human on the chain. I also texted the first local contact number shortly before the trip and have never gotten a response. I would rent the place again, but Evolve needs a more responsive team.

cabin stay

great place to stay. very clean and nice. great view of the lake. we had a group of 7 that took a motorcycle trip from southeast iowa to the ozarks and had a great time. the only thing i would suggest is more towels for showering. we had a group of 7 and only 6 towels. otherwise a fabulous time.

Family-friendly lake house with gorgeous view!

This house has everything a family could want for an extended stay. It was immaculate, fully stocked with kitchen & household items, and in a beautiful location near tons of activities (water park, shopping, gold course, gas station). Our family of four felt right at home, safe, secure and relaxed. Private neighborhood pool is gorgeoys, too! We can't say enough about this place,. Definitely made our Ozarks vacation a treat!

Girls Trip Getaway

House was really nice and plenty of room for us four to stay. Screened in porch was nice to set at first thing in the morning and at night. Up stairs bathroom had no hand towel or towels. Luckily there was extra in the downstairs bathroom. Sent text and email to host before and during our stay and never heard back, communication could have been better.

Great screened in porch

Rained every day we were at the lake so the screened in porch was a nice place to gather Home was very comfortable especially having 2 king size beds. Only problem was bugs in the kitchen and the bedroom downstairs

very relaxing stay

property was very nice, screened-in deck was a real bonus. Property was clean. Screen door to the deck was broken, let in several wasps. Kitchen needed more cookware. All-in-all, i would give it a high rating and would definitely stay there again.

The location was quiet and peaceful which we enjoyed. The screened-in deck would have been great if the screen door didn't have a 2-inch gap at the top for mosquitos and other critters to get in. The house was decorated nicely and good size, but the bottom floor had a bad odor. There were a number of dead bugs and Spider-webs that we had to vacuum up as soon as we got there. Only one burner worked on the outdoor grill which made cooking for four a little complicated. The instructions we were emailed for checking out were different than what was in the book in the house. We were here in the off-season which was good and bad. There were not a lot of people which was good, but many of the places were already closed for the year. Overall, it was just okay.
