The Space
This beautiful two-story home has all the sleeping arrangements you need to sleep up to 14 people! It is stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and prepare meals, plus you can’t beat the views! Enjoy convenient (paid) access to Margaritaville Resort activities such as Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, Fin City Arcade & Bowling, Mini-Golf, The Oaks Golf Course, Horseback Riding, boat slip rentals, WaveRunner rentals, paddle boat rentals and access to multiple pools!

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen had brand new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the essentials you need to make your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy seating at the breakfast bar, or at the large dining room table that seats 8 people. Each room downstairs also has its own small table for kiddos to eat at separately if they wish!

Living Room
The open concept living room features vaulted ceilings, two couches, a flat screen TV, and a beautiful rock fireplace.

Master Suite
The extra large master suite upstairs features two queen sized bed, a flat screen TV, and a dresser for your belongings. It also has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second oversized bedroom downstairs has two queen sized beds, a power futon, a dresser, flat screen TV, a mini fridge, Keurig, and large closet. It has its own bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3
The third oversized bedroom downstairs also has two queen beds, a dresser, a power futon, flat screen TV, a mini fridge, Keurig and large closet. It also has its own bathroom with single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Outside
Outside you will find a balcony on both levels. The upper balcony features a gas fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating including a table with umbrella, a sun lounger, and a gas BBQ gril. The lower deck has plenty of seating to enjoy the views as well. This property does not have a private dock.

Neighborhood Description
Tan Tar A estates is a neighborhood within Margaritaville's gated community. You can visit two different pools that are exclusive to Tan Tar A Estates HOA members and their guests. You can also pay to use some of the extra amenities at Margaritaville Resort! You are just minutes away from Redheads yacht Club, Land Shark Bar and Grill, and Margaritaville Resort.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
