Disappointed.
I've been coming to the Ozarks for 30 years and have rented condos the majority of the time. I've stayed at the Ledges 10 times or so.
First I got the confirmation email with property address (which of course I knew) and door code. It would have been helpful to know what building and room number I was in. We had driven 1/2 the day pulling a boat, had perishable groceries we had bought, were hungry, wanted to get out of the heat, and had no idea where we were staying. Of course it was after 4:30 so no one answered. I was a bit pissed to be honest, had kids acting up, it was no fun. They did get back to me after I messaged them within 30 minutes.
2nd: no grill. There was a grill in the pictures and I understand there were outlawed on condos, but still bought grill items that I wasn't able to use. I understand not your fault, but have grilled every time I'd been there. This was not that big of a deal, but wanted to mention it and my buddies unit had a grill on the deck???
3rd: They gave me the wrong boat slip number. We went to dinner to come back with another boat in our slip. Again, not happy and thought someone parked there by mistake, but what was I to do? Again I messaged and got the proper slip number in under 30 minutes.
These seem to be easily avoidable mistakes that I would have made our stay perfect. I would not expect this out of a property management company. I've never written a review of this nature and normally don't complain, but was a bit ridiculous.
