Newly remodeled, the Living Room has plenty of seating, Flat Screen TV and DVD Player. Dining for 4 at table and 4 TV trays. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen and stack washer & dryer. Sit, relax and enjoy the weather on the deck with the 4 top pub table and gas grill. This end unit is practically walk-in with only one small step into the unit.

Complex amenities include 2 outdoor pools, a pavilion, a playground area and charcoal BBQ grill area. There is on-site boat launching, trailer parking, and one boat slip is included (size varies/by request) at no additional cost when renting this condo.
