Knolls 0812 - Spacious Waterfront Condo, Great for Large Groups!

Located at The Knolls Resort down KK in Osage Beach, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront condo offers great accommodations with awesome amenities! Walk into the dining room featuring a 6-top table, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Enjoy a full kitchen with all major appliances and plenty of cooking utensils and dishware. The living room features a couch and two chairs, with a flat screen TV and stereo.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a double vanity. The first guest bedroom features two twin size beds, and access to the full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo, which is also accessible from the hall. The third bedroom is another suite offering 3 twin size beds, as well as another bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The deck features two 4-top tables, offering plenty of space to gather outdoors and enjoy the view of the water. There's also an electric grill available for cooking. Inside off the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer available for use during your stay.

This complex has plenty to offer - bring your boat as it has boat launching and boat trailer parking onsite. We also have covered boat slips available for nightly rental. Complex also has indoor & outdoor pools, tennis & basketball courts, playground, fire pit, charcoal grilling area, lake swim platform, fitness area and clubhouse with game area, hot tub & sauna.
