They sadly did not have internet or WiFi the whole visit. There was no help. We had stayed here a few years ago and liked but now the room, bed etc were not comfortable.

Cool location, glad we stayed and got to check out Orvieto! Amazing family-run restaurant less than a block away that they recommended that made the best meal I had in Italy! Ask them for recommendations. Very comfortable, very clean, great breakfast! And free bagagge storage if needed. Enjoyed greatly!
