Our host was lovely and made herself available whenever we needed her help with anything. The breakfast she provided was definitely first class with scrumptious pastries, meats cheeses, juice, coffees and more. The apartment had all the amenities necessary when being away from home. In fact, I felt completely at home there. We will definitely be back because we fell in love with Orvieto!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Orvieto. Beautiful historic building in the heart of the historic center. Walkable to all area sites, shopping, and restaurants. Our host Jasmin went above and beyond to offer us a ride from the train station and arranged a taxi for us on the morning of our departure.

This bed and breakfast is owned by a very friendly and kind lady who has a daughter who is also very friendly and an art historian. The property is wonderful but the only drawback is that you may need to take a taxi to find it. Once there, though, it's within a short walk of one of Orvieto's main squares with a number of restaurants. It's also a fairly short walk to the Duomo, which is absolutely stunning.

You will be challenged to find better accomodation! Jasmin was very welcoming, the room is spacious, clean, and beautiful, amenities are perfect. Perfect place to stay in Orvieto! You need to be able to navigate some stairs but I found this okay.

Nice but probably not suitable for all

It is a nice place to stay but you need to be able to take your bags to it from the carpark which is about a 15 minutes walk up steps. Maybe we missed the lift? Also there is no lift in the building so we had to carry bags to the top floor so it is only suitable for fairly fit people.

The property was difficult to find. A 20 minute walk from the trolley that lets you off at the top of this town which is nestled way up high. Take the bus, it's easier to get your location/ room. Once we did get there, the staff met us down stairs and showed us our way upstairs. Be forewarned, there are many stairs with narrow hallways. No elevators. If you are carrying bags, then this will be a challenge. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very nice with fresh baked goods provided. Very close to town center (Duomo di Orvieto) and shopping. Nice place overall.
