Die Wohnung ist total heruntergekommen. Die Terassentür lässt sich nicht öffnen. Die Wohnung riecht muffig, die Fensterscheibe im Schlafraum hat einen großen Sprung.Es gibt kaum Geschirr, keinen einzigen Teelöffel. In der Dusche kommt einem die Duschstange entgegen u so geht es immer weiter. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung getauscht. Nie wieder!

FEWO nicht zu empfehlen

So eine schlechte Unterbringung hatte ich früher vor 40 Jahren Jugendherberge. Das kann man niemand mehr anbieten. Verdreckt, verschimmelt , Spinnenweben überall ,Bettwäsche , Handtücher mit Flecken, Dusche voller Haare von davor ... also unfaßbar kann man nicht in Worte fassen ... eigentlich gar kein Stern verdient. Muß komplett renoviert werden ... einzige Katastrophe

Gute Lage aber abgewohnt und unsauber

Die Fewo ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr geräumig. Kommunikation verlief ohne Probleme. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig und in der Küche täte neues Geschirr Not. Das Bad ist sehr, sehr klein.

Sehr gute Lage, Bilder zeigen aber nicht die Betten in der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist direkt auf der Flaniermeile in Warnemünde gelegen. Dadurch hatten wir eine schöne Sicht auf den Hafen und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe. Im Februar gab es insgesamt wenige Besucher; daher blieb es immer sehr ruhig. Allerdings entsprach die Wohnung nicht den gezeigten Bildern. Die zwei Einzelbetten gab es nicht, was für unsere Reisegruppe nicht gepasst hat. Für vier Personen gab es zwei kleinere Doppelbetten. Aber es gab eine Küchenzeile mit zwei Herdplatten, Töpfen/Pfanne, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirr und Gläsern. Sogar Zucker und Salz waren vorhanden. Mein Kopfkissen bestand nur aus großen zu Knoten verfilztem Inhalt; die anderen waren akzeptable. Matratzen waren gut, wenn man gerne hart schläft. Das Bad in der Wohnung war super-klein; eher wie ein Gäste WC, aber mit Dusche. Es gab aber noch ein separates größeres Gemeinschaftsbad mit Dusche, was wir alleine mitbenutzen konnten, weil nur wir im Haus waren. Eine etwas rostige Handtuchheizung, der fehlende Abfluss-Stopper im Waschbecken und der winzige, ziemlich verkalkte Duschkopf gaben allem einen ziemlichen "rustikalen" Anstrich. Eine nette kleine Wohnung direkt am Warnemünder Hafen. Vielleicht Kopfkissen mitbringen, aber sonst ist ja alles schon dort.
