THE SPACE
This home is designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation with plenty of room to spread out and feel at ease. Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together. There's a custom dining room table that seats 8, breakfast nook for 6, and a kitchen island with seating for 4. With 2 cozy family rooms, including a wood burning fireplace which we provide the wood.
Sleeping arrangements include:
*A master ensuite with king bed
*A second king bedroom
*A loft area open to living room with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full) and a folding twin bed
There are 5 smart tv's with Roku, though we encourage you to take breaks from the screen and soak in the setting. Step outside and breathe deep. You'll find a large deck, a hot tub, fire pit with seating, and 2 picnic tables for outdoor meals and evenings under the stars. Just steps away, a detached game room offers hours of fun with a ping pong table, pool table, foosball table, dart board, plus cornhole and board games for all ages.
We've stocked the home with all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable, including towels and wash clothes, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer and curling iron, hand soap, pillows, linens, and blankets, a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags.
All you need to do is arrive, settle in, and enjoy the peace and space around you.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials. Featuring stainless steel appliances and the tools you need to cook a great meal.
HOT TUB
Our 7 person hot tub is in use all year round which there is no extra fee at this time to use it. It is cleaned and sanitized after every turnover. We suggest that you bring other towels for purposes other than bathing.
GAME ROOM
Our game room is in our detached garage just steps away from the home. So many families have enjoyed this amenity due to having a pool table, foosball table, dart board, ping pong table, corn hole and smart tv. We ask that children have supervision while enjoying this space.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We have scheduled pest control monthly that do an amazing job controlling this matter, however, you may experience the following depending on the season: stink bugs, lady bugs, ants and flies. They are all harmless and the chemicals used to treat are nontoxic.
The home is nestled in the woods in a tranquil setting which you may experience wildlife such as deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife. With that being said you may also encounter bears, snakes and other wildlife
although not common.
