Amazing country villa!

We had a great week at the villa, in close proximity to Oresie and Agriturismo’s serving lovely dinners. The property was comfortable and well equipped, although no AC in the summer heat wasn’t so easy in the daytime, but fans and the cool summer breeze made the evenings bearable. Mino was so welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Mino made us feel very welcome, and the house was clean and as advertised. Located in a quiet area, close to the town of Orosei and beautiful beaches not crowded with people unlike other cities in Sardinia in August. Mino was very responsive to our questions/requests during our stay. We had a great week's holiday with friends. However, while the house and exterior are very good for 5 people, storage space in the bedrooms is limited and additional shelves could be added. The kitchen is spacious, but some basic equipment could be added (kitchen knives, bowls, peeler ...).

Schöne saubere Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieter

Sauberes gepflegtes Haus. Sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieter, unkomplizierter Kontakt, auch ein sehr später Check-in wurde möglich gemacht, alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Auch ohne Italienischkenntnisse kein Problem durch Googleübersetzung. Gute Lage zu sehr schönen Stränden. Schöner Pool am Haus. Nur mit den Wespen muss man im Garten und beim Pool etwas aufpassen. Für abends ist es gut Mückenspray dabei zu haben. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Die Villa auch sehr schön. Der Pool war groß genug. Der aushäussige Müll wurde vom Vermieter regelmäßig geleert, und der Pool frühs täglich gereinigt. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Traumvilla mit wunderschönem Garten

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus, mit einen wunderschönen Garten, der sehr gepflegt ist. Richtig super ist auch der Gemüsegarten an dem man sich bedienen kann mit frischen Feigen, Gurken, Tomaten, Petersilie, Zitronen, Aubergine und Salat. Der Gastgeber Mino und seine Frau waren immer für uns da und haben uns mit vielen Tips und Fragen weiter geholfen. Der Pool wurde sehr oft gereinigt und war ein Traum. Super tolle Strände sind mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kannten es von anderen Unterkünften, das einige Sachen wie Spülmittel, Spülschwamm, Salz und auch bisschen öl noch da waren, hier sollte man wissen das man an alle diese Sachen denken sollte. Zum Schluss wollen wir uns ganz herzlich bei Mino und seiner Frau bedanken für diesen wundervollen Urlaub, es ist ein Traum bei Ihnen Urlaub zu machen, danke Mino. Ciao und bis bald

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (14 und 16 Jahre) 11 Tage in der Casa Furtana Cortese und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der Check-IN verlief reibungslos (Kommunikation mit Mino hat mit Übersetzungsprogramm super geklappt :-) Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön mit unserem Lieblingsplatz in den beiden Hängematten :-) und dem tollen Pool (wurde alle zwei Tage von Mino gereinigt). Lage ist ebenfalls TOP! Ruhige Lage und verschiedene schöne Strände ganz in der Nähe (10-15 Minuten), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Sos Alinos und Orosei) sind ebenfalls nur ca.10 Min.entfernt! Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und wären am liebsten länger geblieben!

Absolute Entspannung garantiert!

Wir haben Anfang Juli 2022 für fast 2 Wochen im Haus gewohnt und sind absolut begeistert. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hervorragend ausgestattet, der Garten üppig bewachsen und sehr gepflegt. Mehrere Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten am Pool sowie die beiden Hängematten an der Terrasse garantieren die absolute Entspannung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wirklich wunderbare und ruhige Strände sowie Restaurant sind in Kürze erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar, der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gründlich gereinigt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, wir haben dort einen richtig schönen Urlaub erlebt! Vielen Dank Mino!

Sehr schöner Ort

Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Der Garten ist gross, sehr gepflegt und mit vielen Pflanzen gestaltet. Den Pool haben vorallem die Kinder ausgiebig genossen. Im Haus lässt es sich sehr gut wohnen. Es ist geräumig und sehr hell und damit ausserordentlich wohnlich auch wenn mal ein Regentag zu überbrücken wäre. Es gab anfänglich das Problem, dass das WLAN nicht funktionierte und wir dieses für die Schularbeiten der Kinder dringend benötigten. Mino hat sich dann dafür eingesetzt, dass möglichst schnell ein Monteur ein passendes Modem einrichten konnte - vielen Dank.

Perfekt

Das Haus samt Garten war wirklich perfekt für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt einen Garten, in dem man Obst und Gemüse selbst ernten kann. Der Besitzer, Mino, kam täglich um den Pool zu reinigen. Mino ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, Orosei mit dem Auto in nichtmal 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus ganz klar weiterempfehlen.

Description ne correspond pas à la réalité

Belle maison au calme avec très beau jardin et petite piscine. Contrairement à l'annonce, il n'y a pas de wifi, ni de jacuzzi. Selon le propriétaire, Abritel vendrait des choses inexistantes. Pour lui, ces choses seraient des options uniquement, sauf que vous ne pouvez pas opter pour les options non plus...Bref, des discussions sans fin, sans proposition de solution. Nous étions au final très contrariés, avec un sentiment d'arnaque. Par ailleurs, la maison n'est équipée de vaisselle que pour 1 repas pour 5, donc obligé de faire la vaisselle entre 2 repas. Selon le propriétaire, ce serait à cause du Covid... La maison est bien adaptée pour 4 personnes mais pas pour 5 adultes comme indiqué dans l'annonce.

Paradisisch

Wunderschönes,sauberes Haus mit tollem Meerfernblick und großer Terrasse. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Kleiner, aber absolut ausreichender Pool. Mino war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir konnten uns aus seinem Obst- und Gemüsegarten, welcher an das Grundstück grenzt, bedienen. Das Haus liegt abseits vom Trubel. Für Ruhesuchende perfekt. Man ist aber in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Orosei. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen definitiv wieder.

Super semaine très belle maison bien située

Propriétaires très accueillants Maison très propre bien située à 5 min d orosei et à 7 min de très belles plages idéales pour les enfants. Nous avons beaucoup appréciés les visites des chatons dans le jardin, le cheval dans le pré , la belle piscine et le jardin à disposition avec les légumes frais délicieux. Un magnifique semaine avec nos 2 jeunes enfants!

Herrliches Traumhaus mit Pool und Garten und sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern

Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind traumhaft und man kann einen wunderbar entspannten Urlaub fernab jeden Touristentrubels genießen. Die Strände in der Nähe sind toll und Orosei eine kleine verträumte Stadt mit schönen Gässchen und freundlichen Menschen. Mino ist ein herzlicher Vermieter und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wir bedanken uns für die schönen Tage und deine Hilfe und kommen bestimmt wieder:)

Villa typisch sardisch

Mino ist ein sehr netter und immer hilfsbereiter Host. Das Haus ist typisch sardisch eingerichtet. Im Haus sind 2 abgeschlossene Zimmer. Die Veranda und der Pool sind super zum entspannen. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe von Orosei, steht aber komplett frei in der Gegend.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Der Inhaber Mino und seine Frau haben ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaften Garten geschaffen. Der Pool ist grösser, als er auf den Bildern wirkt und stets sauber. Mino ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und kommt jeden zweiten Tag, um den Pool zu reinigen. Wenn zwischendurch Fragen sind, ist er immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und auch die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr liebevoll ausgesucht. An Ausstattung fehlt nichts, von Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Küchenutensilien über reichlich Bettwäsche und Handtücher, ist alles vorhanden und auch hochwertig. Das Haus hat einen grossen Wohn-/Essraum mit offener Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit Doppelbett, das andere mit einem Einzelbett und einem Doppelstockbett). Es ist eine Mikrowelle, ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine im Haus. Man darf sogar die vorhandenen Sonnenschirme und Strand-/Sandspielzeug nutzen und mit an den Strand nehmen (sehr praktisch, wenn man fliegt). Das Haus liegt zwar sehr einsam, in der Nachbarschaft sind nur vereinzelte Häuser, wo man ab und zu Hundebellen hört, sonst aber quasi nichts. Man benötigt also unbedingt ein Auto. Damit ist man in 10 Minuten in Orosei, wo man alles findet, was man braucht: mehrere Supermärkte, Apotheke etc aber auch eine nette Altstadt mit Bars, Restaurants und einen recht schönen Strand. Weitere traumhafte Strände sind in 10 - 30 min erreichbar, alle wunderschön und selbst im August zumindest teilweise nicht überfüllt. Das Funtana Cortese ist also ein perfekter Ort um einen Strandurlaub abseits des Trubels zu verbringen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Traumvilla mit Garten

Eine schöne Villa mit noch schönerem Garten. Nettes und sehr zuvorkommendes Vermieterpaar. Eine Verbesserungsmöglichkeit besteht bezüglich des Schlafzimmerbettes.

Séjour très calme et reposant

Points positifs : Accueil des propriétaires très sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue (heureusement que la traduction google existe!), maison dans un cadre très calme à la campagne, piscine et jacuzzi très appréciés (jeux d'eau et de plage à disposition), terrasse abritée agréable, maison spacieuse et bien équipée (notamment moustiquaires et ventilateurs). Points négatifs : Difficile de refroidir la maison notamment la nuit, beaucoup de moustiques, eau non potable, dommage qu'une épave de voiture fasse partie du paysage proche. A savoir : Passage quotidien des propriétaires pour l'entretien de la piscine, commerces et plages à 5min en voiture.

Sehr schönes Haus. Toller Garten mit Limetten und Rosmarin. Auch sehr gut zum ernten und kochen. Viel Platz für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Pool wurde jeden Tag vom Eigentümer gereinigt. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Die nächste wunderschöne kleine Badebucht war 5 min. mit dem Auto Richtung Campingplatz Sasolinos. Bei wenigen Wellen perfekt zum schnorcheln. Rundum ein toller Urlaub vom 29.09. - 11.10.2016.
