Composed of, double bedroom with key, large living area with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and bidet.
The outdoor area has a nice table where up to 10 people can stay, a barbecue and 2 sun loungers, so a space where you can be in peace.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, ideal zum Entspannen in völliger Privatsphäre
Das Haus ist etwas abseits nördlich der Stadt Orosei gelegen, bietet eine völlige Privatsphäre und ist damit ideal zur Entspannung geeignet. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge an wunderschöne Strände am türkisfarbenen Meer oder in die bergige Umgebung mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Landesinnere, jedoch ist unbedingt ein Auto erforderlich.
Das Haus und die Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, absolut sauber und alles vorhanden. Genial: an jedem Fenster und sogar in der Eingangstür befinden sich Mückengitter, Klimaanlagen sorgen für ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die große Außenanlage ist gepflegt und bietet einen schönen Rahmen für das Haus. Absolut traumhaft ist die große Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz!
Die Vermieter Luciana und Lorenzo sind sehr nett und freundlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt mit kaltem Wasser, frischem Obst und sardischen Süßigkeiten.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können dieses Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen.
Vielen Dank, Luciana und Lorenzo, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus mit großer Terrasse und sehr schönem Blick auf die Berge in völlig privater Atmosphäre
Sehr herzl.Empfang von unserem äußerst sympathischen und auch bemühten,hilfsbereiten Vermieter Lorenzo.Er erwartete uns geduldig nach 1 Std. Verspätung mit landestypischen Süßigkeiten,1 Flasche kaltem Wasser und etwas Obst.Danach erklärte er uns alles( Klima,Fernbedienung der Terrassenüberdachung mit Beleuchtung etc.)Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und das Haus war tadellos sauber. Genauso herzl.war dann die Verabschiedung.
Wir werden das Haus in unserem Bekanntenkreis bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen
Vielen Dank Lorenzo für diesen äußerst komfortablen Aufenthalt

BELLE VILETTA SUR GRAND TERRAIN, BONNE SITUATION, INTIMITE PRESERVEE
Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle viletta, neuve et propre, où rien de l'essentiel ne manque (moustiquaires, climatisation , espace, soleil, salle de bain, congélateur, etc.. mais une voiture est indispensable pour découvrir cette belle région qu'est le golfe d'Orosei, car les attraits ne manquent pas, entre mer et montagne!
Encore grazie mille à Lorenzo et Luciana pour leur sympathie, leur écoute et leur délicate attention de bienvenue!
Nous serions ravis de revenir dans les meilleurs délais dans cette même location

Bellissima casa
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza stupenda in una casa nuovissima, curata, pulita e dotata di ogni confort! Lorenzo e Luciane due persone squisite, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato perfino frutta fresca e pasticcini, insomma non si può chiedere di più! La casa e' circondata da un giardino grandissimo, si trova tra campagna e mare ( che dista circa 1km). Che dire di più...per noi la casa perfetta!
