The apartments, recently built, are furnished in typical Sardinian style, and are arranged on four levels (ground, first, second and third). The property is located about 1.5 km from the beach of Marina di Orosei and a few steps from the center of Orosei (about 800 meters).

- SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 150.00, which will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departure outside of reception opening hours, the deposit will be returned.
The deposit will be returned by bank transfer, with costs charged to the customer (approximately € 5.00)
-Pets: Small pets (max. 10 kg) are allowed only in the apartments (no common areas), € 30.00 for additional cleaning.
-Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
