Characteristic vacation apartment in a two-family house in the countryside near Orosei (1 km) in the west of Sardinia. The building is located on a plot of over 1500 m² with various fruit trees, surrounded by greenery. The accommodation is located in the area of the Gulf of Orosei, which includes over 20 km of coastline along which alternate various beautiful beaches, such as Marina di Orosei, Su Barone, Cala Ginepro, Bidderosa, Sa Curcurica, Osalla, etc. and characteristic cliffs overlooking the sea. For lovers of history and religious architecture, in the small town of Orosei there are 17 consecrated churches and two archaeological sites: Nuraghe Rampinu and the nuragic village of Sa Linnarta. The other vacation apartment of the two-family house is not yet finished and is being renovated.

Prezzo folle per la qualità

Le immagini della casa sono fuorvianti, non è finita e nel cosiddetto guardino è pieno di materiali edili e attrezzi abbandonati, molto pericoloso se si viaggia con un bambino piccolo. Niente sdraio ne posto dove rilassarsi all'ombra La casa è caldissima e all'interno non c'era nulla neanche una saponetta. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare perché in cucina era pieno di formiche. Decisamente bocciata considerando il prezzo richiesto.
