El hotel en general es genial, la unica pega que si quieres ver espectaculos tienes que pagar para todo y a precio excesivamente caro bajo mi punto de vista. Balneario y espectaculo jardin encatado 125 euros, las atracciones 29 euros... se pasan con los precios

no me gustó. Tuve que pedir cambio de habitación porque habia que "sentarse" en el armario para ver la TV. Pedi cambio de habitación y me dijeron que todas las habitaciones eran iguales. No era cierto. Me cambiaron a otra, algo mejor pero con mucho frio. El aire no calentaba. Ni lo recomiendo ni espero volver

Hemos estado muy agusto..la habitación muy comoda,servicio muy bueno..la unica pega que hay mucha aglomeración de gente y a las horas de las comidas era un lio.. habian 3 turnos de comidas y nos juntabamos los que saliamos con los que tenian que entrar que estaban esperando a que les dieran mesa.. y no podías pasar por ningun sitio.. es lo que a mi parecer deberian de mejorar..por lo demas muy bien..y el buffet muy bien.

Hotel Hran Duque 4* Marina d’Or

Hicimos la reserva en marinador 3 al llegar estaba cerrado preguntando en la calle nos dijeron que el único abierto era el gran duque nos asignaron una habitación grande llena de camas habían 5 no la aceptamos queríamos irnos llamamos a hoteles .com e informamos ellos hablaron con el hotel pero no devolvían el dinero asignaron otra habitación más pequeña con dos camas y un sofá cama enorme .El hotel de 4 estrellas no le alcanza ni dos estrellas le falta mantenimiento dos ascensores con los espejos partidos papel de las paredes desprendiendosen le falta limpieza .una experiencia no grata

RESERVA MUY MAL HECHA

Reservado con vosotros: llamo por la mañana indicando que van 1 adulto, un niño de 15 y uno de 13 años. La persona que me atendió me dijo que el hotel no tenia habitaciones de 3 camas, pero iba a informarse con el hotel para una cama suplementaria. Tras 2 intentos de contactar con el hotel durante esta llamada, me dice que no le cogen el telefono y que me llamaran devuelta para confirmar los datos de la reserva. A mediodía me llaman desde Arizona. Confirman el precio de para 1 adulto, un niño de 15 y uno de 13 años, para la estancia del 24 al 25/02/2018: hasta alli todo correcto. Al llegar al hotel nos cobran EXTRA para una cama extra (que en realidad era sofacama) en una habitacion pequeña (si lo hubieron sabido nos hubieron dado una más grande), porque un niño de 13 años ya no cuenta como niño, sino adulto, y se habia reservado solamente una habitación doble. Yo os indiqué las edades de los niños y nunca les llamé adulto, por el simple hecho que no sé exactamente a partir de qué edad se considera un niño adulto (creo que incluso depende del establecimiento). Me parece excesivo y muy mal gestionado. No sé donde está el fallo, el único que sé es que la persona que me atendió por la mañana en Expedia se esforzó, justamente para tener todo claro y no tener sorpresas!! Reclamo el importe pagado demás. Por favor indicar dónde mandar la factura.

El hotel reservado estaba cerrado! Nos tenían que haber avisado por teléfono al reservar y nadie nos dijo nada; nos han cambiado otro de 4* que esta bastante más retirado de la zona que queríamos, el gran duque 4*. Nos han tenido que cambiar de habitación porque al subir de cenar había una cucaracha andando por la cama. El Buffet escaso y malo. La habitación a parte del bicho un calor asfixiante toda la noche aún teniendo abierto el balcón. No hemos dormido en toda la noche entre el asco de la cucaracha, el calor, la almohada y la cama que tampoco eran muy cómodas... en fin la experiencia horrible.

FALTA PERSONAL.

En tres días puse tres reclamaciones: cama rota que tardaron 2 días en arreglar y el desayuno fue nefasto. No había tazas ni cubiertos. Los pocos que encontrabas estaban sucios. Solo había una maquina de café para todos los clientes ya que las otras 3 estaban estropeadas y las colas para poder prepararte uno eran eternas. Apenas quedaba de nada y para mi hija celíaca hubo una mañana que no quedaba nada por lo que tuvimos irnos a desayunar fuera. Un auténtico desastre.

Pesimo hotel, nada recomendable

El peor bufet en el que hemos estado: mala calidad de la comida, la fruta podrida durante días, pesima higiene en el comedor y en el menaje; con goteras y cubos para recoger el agua de forma permanente, en lugar de intentar arreglar la averia. El personal desmotivado y muy poco resolutivo.
