ACV - Costa Marina II-1 Linea Planta 6 Sur

Very comfortable flat with capacity for eight people located in the central area of the urbanization Marina d Or, in an area with pharmacy, restaurants and bakeries nearby. It is very close to the water park Polinesia, and about a hundred metres from the Mercadona.

It has two bedrooms, one of them with two bunk beds, two bathrooms, one of them en suite in the double bedroom, equipped kitchen to cook in it, air conditioning and private wifi router for its tenants. The terrace of the flat is south facing, with beautiful and relaxing views.

The owner completely renovated the furniture, mattresses and decoration of the flat, so it is completely different from those you can book in the area.

The building has a parking space for each flat, swimming pool managed by the community of neighbours, children\'s playground and parking for bicycles. It is located on the beachfront, with direct access to the beach area from the front of the building.
