Gorgeous Oceanview Condo

2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo: This fully furnished, beautiful 2 bedroom ocean view condo that sleeps a total of six. The unit has a full kitchen with all necessary cooking and eating utensils! There is a spacious living room with cable TV with glass sliding door to a balcony overlooking one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. Both bedrooms also have a TV for the guest's viewing pleasure. Onsite both outdoor and indoor parking is also included with this one week rental. Amenities include ocean front swimming pool, bicycles, beach chairs and toys. The upper pool deck includes lots of fun things like fire pits, hammock, table and chairs for entertaining and more. This is a very well maintained condo with no disappointments that will surely grace a memorable family summer vacation! The Disney parks are just 90 minutes away by car and Daytona Beach's attraction are just a few minutes drive. There are coin operated laundry facilities located on alternate floors for the resident's use Atlantic Avenue. This is only available for Saturday to Saturday reservations, you may add nights if they are available.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with cable channels. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Great Family Vacation spot

We had a very fun family time! We loved the location. It's very close to anything you need. People there are very friendly. There's a lot of things to do for kids such as bikes, games, and a nice swimming pool. My host Peggy was very communicative and helpful. She made sure all my questions were answered so we can be satisfied with our stay. The apartment itself was quite spacious. Had a very nice ocean view from the balcony. We loved waking up every morning and seeing the beautiful view. It took us practically 2 minutes to walk down to the beach. I highly recommend this spot to anyone including families with kids! We would definitely come back here again.

Perfect Spring Break spot for families

This property was clean, modern, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for the week! The pull out couch was even comfortable. We enjoyed the morning and afternoon sun on the balcony. There were plenty of games to play on the sun deck. The pool is smaller but our kids had a great time swimming in it. The access to the beach is steps away! Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
