The carpet, sheets, pilllow cases were stained. It had a bad smell to the room. There was people sitting outside my room drinking beer and playing loud music all night. Will never stay there again.

Disgusting

Disgusting hotel. My husband had a booking and arrived about midnight and there was no one at the desk. It said knock on room 104. There was a note on 104 door to call a number. No one answered. Drunks sleeping in the parking. It did not feel safe. Finally got a hold of someone and they said they were overbooked and did not have a room. It is now after 1 am and my husband had to find another hotel.

The young woman who checked us in was very nice. It's a shame she is working in such a poor facility. When we entered our room it had a very strong oder of cigarettes. My wife noticed squashed cockroaches and a large spider on the walls. We walked out, contacted the young woman and told her we were checking out. She was helpful with that. We wound up contacting Expedia and were able to get a full refund to our credit card. I'm surprised this motel is still in business. The health department needs to shut it down.

Horrendous facilities and service

This may have been the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life… I am 60 years old and travel extensively. I booked a room and was told I would have a king size bed in a non-smoking room Upon my arrival, I was informed that there was no king size bed and that I had the only room left. Upon entering the room, I was overwhelmed by the smell of smoke and some sort of air spray When I spoke to the desk clerk to try and get a different room he told me that was just the fresh air spray that they used, there was no smoke smell. I was exhausted, and had already paid. With no other options, and too tired to go on, I want to sleep in the room. I felt as though I had been taken advantage of for having paid through hotels.com, as the hotel already had the money. I dislike leaving a bad review, as I believe we should accentuate the positive, but I believe you should be warned.

Hotels.com should be ashamed.

The scariest hotel I have ever been to. At the end of a long deserted road with abandoned gas station. The hotel was filthy. Rat/Mice feces found in the bed. Couldn't get in touch with hotels.com to change reservations. 45 miles later and $100 more we found a safe/clean comfortable hotel. Hotels.com should remove this hotel.
