There are many recent renovations throughout the house! The modern open kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless appliances and connects easily to adjoining indoor and outdoor dining space. Cool off in the outdoor shower on beautiful bluestone pavers and a changing area with wood tiles. With three bedrooms including one on the first floor, this home will sleep 6. The first floor offers a room with a queen size bed. There is a first floor bathroom with a tub. There are two second floor bedrooms each holding two twin beds and a beautiful full bathroom with walk in shower. Provided are beach toys, umbrella, and chairs for your convenience. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
