Nice room for the price. Good location central to the outer cape and mid cape.

The room was modern and good value. There are some restaurants nearby.

Nice location for the wedding we attended. Not fancy, but very clean. Bed & pillows ok, not great. Staff very polite & accommodating. Price like others in area. Nice pool

Was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean. Location was close to everything. For a one night stay it was adequate and pleasant. Really liked the set up.. Just right for two people.

Close to Provincetown (25 minutes). Nicely furnished. Friendly staff. Quiet. Nice area. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is ok.

Pleasant staff. When I reported that the clock in my room wasn't working, they not only gave me a new one, but offered to come and plug it in and set the time for me.

The Rodeway Inn is a relaxing, convenient hotel to stay in Orleans, MA. It is a basic room that is kept clean. It has the convenience of a laundry on the premises. I would recommend this for individuals and families, whether on vacation or traveling on business.

Late check-in appreciated. Clerks were very friendly. Room was very clean & comfy. Extra blankets in drawers - did not have to leave room to get. Continental Breakfast provided a wide variety - danish were exceptionally tasty.

I wasnt able to travel and the hotel wouldn't allow me tocancel.... never stayed at rodeway and never will.

Nothing much, there were cobwebs in the room and I killed a spider. When I went to lay on the bed the sheets were falling off. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

I got a reservation with less than two weeks to go in late July, and took what I could get. Yeah, $160 for a motel with 1 * hurts, but that's what I get for not planning trips ahead in the middle of the season. Braced for the worst, I arrived to find that this is not a 1 * motel, but rather somewhere between 2 and 3. (I've stayed in 1 * places - this is much better!) It's perfectly fine for a modestly (for the Cape in summer) priced place. It's older, but there have been upgrades - notably the bathroom in the room we got, which had all new fixtures and countertop. The pool looked great, WiFi very speedy, basic breakfast was typical fare. The AC unit was old and noisy -- only real legit issue -- but it worked OK. For the price, more than acceptable.

we were in cape for a wedding and some site seeing, this motel has some updates new sink and tile floor in bathroom and refrig, with newer AC which worker well, basic breakfast, walking distance to Orleans center, but needs much more, internet and TV were hit or miss, sheets very ill fitting, very poor draining tub in room, wobbly toilet, old furnishing, poor lighting in room, musty smelling when entering room, nothing to compare it to on the cape but seemed overpriced would try another place next time

put on second floor though hotel was quite empty when asked for first floor told it was not availabl. housekeeper was slipshod and did poor job

Nothing fancy here. Just a good, basic place for a brief stay on Cape Cod.... Provincetown was very crowded and this was a good place to stay when very little was available closer to P-town. The drive to the end of the Cape was a bit long but it wasn't a problem.

Stayed at this hotel in April 2011 for one night. Average hotel, not too expensive. Room had a fridge, tv, microwave and a decent bathroom. Breakfast was very limited - bagel, toast and juice/coffee. Great location, 1 minute to Rt.6.

Hotel room was decent, claimed to be non-smoking but smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. Cable tv connect was poor and WIFI internet was very slow. Continental breakfast was very minuscule (coffee, juice, bagels, toast, etc.) but it was available from 7-10am. Good location in town, easy to find, and located next to a few good seafood restaurants. Seemed a little high priced for nothing special.

old & tired. Sheets don't quite fit bed. Dirty, cobwebs, hair on sink, stain on blanket.

good food, great weather, sailing was fun seeing the seals at Monomoy Island

The hotel was just fine. We visited family for Christmas in Brewster, but wanted some peace and quiet away at night. We stayed two nights. The room was completely made up when we returned Christmas night. The bed was very comfortable, the furniture solid and comfortable. We never turned on the TV so could not comment on that. Our stay was well worth it.
