Our spacious 1st floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath Abacos villa offers 1,232 square feet of space, and is ideal for the extended family vacationer. This villa is the epitome of relaxation with features such as private balconies and vaulted ceilings. Host was fabulous, accommodating and responsive. The unit was dated, too much carpet, fixtures are old. Missing things like hot pads, a few laundry pods would have been nice and only 2 bars of soap? One for each sink would be nice. When staying for a short time you shouldn’t have to go buy basic needs. Resort is very nice, pools were clean and comfortable.

Great Group Getaway

This property suited our needs very well. Plenty of room and very conveniently located and felt very safe. Lots of amenities available. Especially liked that it is on the ground level, so no lugging suitcases up stairs! Owners were easily accessible and very helpful. Hope to return in the near future!

The location is great with close proximity to the parks and restaurants, etc. The resort itself is very family friendly and includes an awesome splash pad, multiple swimming pools and even an on-site restaurant. The only issue that I had during my day was since this unit is on the ground floor. The unit that was located directly above us was extremely noisy, and you could hear every single footstep and movement. I actually had to go and speak with the tenants upstairs because the noise was unbearable and it started at around 4 AM in the morning after we were at the parks all day. The tenants upstairs did inform me that they just came in off of a flight and it was two families with about six kids in that unit. They told me they would keep the noise down, but it continued the next night as well, which was very annoying and extremely bothersome for me and my family.

This is a lovely spot - spa on sight, clean, spacious pools, restaurant and pool bar.... A relaxing vacation destination. Close to Disney, Universal and Medieval Times! The condo is spacious with TVs in each bedroom, washer and dryer and well equipped kitchen. It is welcoming and comfortable and the location is great - across from the clubhouse. We loved our stay and will most definitely vacation here again.

Perfect for families!!

Condo is rather large and perfect for families! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an additional sofa bed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. TVs are huge and modern. Having a washer and dryer while traveling is an awesome advantage. Property is nice, a little outdated, but pretty and quiet. Great place to wind down and not be stuck in large crowds of people. Pools are clean and nice. We will definitely come back! Candace is wonderful to work with and very kind.

Long stay

The condo was comfortable and was as advertised. The resort is very enjoyable place with all the pools, lakes and tradewinds restaurant. The only negatives is no access to fitness center and the noise from people above you can be irritating at times. Candice and Jerome are great host.
