Stunning 4 Bedroom Home, with private pool and spa, backing onto a conservation area in the Luxury gated community, The Shires at Westhaven.

Upon entering the home you are greeted by a large and bright entrance hall which leads onto the open plan living areas.

The fully equipped luxury kitchen has all you need to prepare a Thanksgiving or Christmas meal for all the family or for just making snacks for settling down in front of the TV or on the deck after a long day at the theme parks. There is a formal dining area and informal dining area ensuring enough seating for all of the family.
The great room features seating comfortably for all of the family. There is a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player.
The Master Bedroom is very tastefully decorated with a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV with cable , large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and separate walk in shower.

The second Master Bedroom is also en-suite, and a TV with cable. This Master has pool Access.
There are also two bedrooms each containing two twin beds, Cable TV, etc ensuring a comfortable nights sleep .
This high quality gated community benefits from a large clubhouse with pool and gym in addition to your own private pool with heated Spa.
