Potential, but definitely not ready for renters

Few issues with the property:-Checking in was difficult. There was no unit number provided so we had to wait outside until we received message on the same.-The unit itself feels like a quick flip, that wasn't well done. -Toilet in the bathroom was not functioning for 48 hours. When reaching out to landlord they didn't reply for 36 hours.-Various light switches do not work.-The floors look new, but there was a replenishing amount of dust everywhere.-It may have been due to the vent from the dryer not being sealed properly.-Something in the washer or dryer left marks on light clothing.-The amount of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, or garbage bags weren't suitable for the amount of people and time occupying the location.-There is a bank of 6 Air Conditioners right outside the window of the master room which made sleeping very difficult.The property would be good if it were updated. It isn't incredibly far from Disney World (though traffic is horrible in the evening). It's ideal for someone traveling with an elderly person as it is on the first floor. However there were numerous issues.
