Unwind after a fun packed and exhausting day at Disney in the comfort of your own private pool. This home offers plenty of room to accommodate up to 10 guests.

After a fun packed exhausting day at the theme parks you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished Villa.

You could enjoy a relaxing drink around your very own private pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom. The kids can have a great time on the PS2 or play pool in the upstairs den.
The living room and family room both have large flat screen TVs.

Meal times will be stress free in the large fully fitted kitchen and dining area.


Bedroom Configurations:
The villa has one huge master suite furnished with a comfy king size bed, Large TV and Blu-ray payer. The room is complete with large bathroom and walk in closet.
The other two master bedrooms are complete Queen Size beds, bathroom and TVs.
For guests with restricted mobility one of the master bedrooms is situated on the ground floor.
The two twin rooms are furnished with 2 single beds, TV and DVD players. All are close to the upstairs family bathroom.
To accommodate two guests there is also a double sofa bed in the den
For added security the villa is fully alarmed, and for child safety the pool door is complete with a child alarm.

**No Parties or Events**
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

• HOUSEKEEPING - There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Property is not pet-friendly

-BBQ Grill Rentals (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
-Pool & Spa Heat (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival as it takes 24 hours for all pool heating to reach favorable temperature)
-Early Check Ins/Late Check Outs - (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
-Cribs/Highchair/Pack'n'Plays (Requested and paid - at least 48 hours prior to arrival)
