The property its self was beautiful. The communication was okay, but annoying. I hD to fill out so much paperwork, send pictures of my credit card and driver's license. We were charged at $25 an hour early check-in fee that we were unaware of. They wanted to charge us $50 a day to heat up the hot tub. They have advertised that there is a fitness club and community pool, but we didnt have access to those facilities. They advertise that the house can accommodate a large group of people, but there was not enough bedding for the amount of beds. The beds and pillows that they did have were very uncomfortable. They didn't have enough soap or shampoo. There wasnt even any salt or pepper in the kitchen. There wasnt enough toilet paper. We had to go purchase that. The dryer was sketchy. Sometimes it didnt work so that was frustrating. I would have rather stayed in a hotel. It would have been less expensive to stay at a hotel and not have to buy toilet paper, soap, and have enough bedding for all of our guests.
