Our family has a great time! We had a baby, kids ages 8-16, adults, and a few senior citizens in our group. The house was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed everything. Tony, our host, responded very promptly with our questions! I highly recommend!!

The Arsenault family has done a fantastic job with this property. We stayed over Thanksgiving week and used it as a gathering place for our large family. We weren’t there for the theme parks—we specifically wanted a home that felt like a resort on its own, with plenty to do so it never got boring. This place absolutely delivered.The house is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for groups. The movie theater was a huge hit and easily fit all of us. We spent hours in the game room—between the pool table, classic arcade machines, and newer systems like the Oculus and PS4, everyone found something they loved. We honestly spent 100% of our time at the house and never once felt the need to leave.If you’re visiting during the winter months, I definitely recommend paying to heat the pool and spa. It made the cooler evenings so relaxing. The Oasis Club’s lazy river was also a blast—more energetic than relaxing, but still a ton of fun—and it’s heated, so perfect even when it’s chilly outside. Our little ones loved the splash pad too, even though that water wasn’t heated.Any small hiccups (like dead batteries in the Oculus controllers) were handled immediately through the VRBO app. Communication was fast and smooth, and checkout was incredibly easy.We’ve already talked about coming back. Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking to stay somewhere that is the vacation—not just a place to sleep.

Tony was very quick to respond with any issues that we had which was very few. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It accommodated my whole family of 12 perfectly and everyone had their own space and privacy. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay here again.

Great house

The house is amazing. It has something for everyone. The adults enjoyed the pool table while the kids enjoyed the game room, movie room and pool area. We visited the community area as a family and had a great time. If I had any questions or concerns, the host replied immediately. If you are looking for a fun, comfortable house for all ages, this is it.

This was our second stay in this community. This house was amazing for our multi family vacation. I slept amazing, the bed was more comfortable than my own (forgot to check what type of mattress but it was awesome!) The kids had so much fun in the arcade room and theatre and loved the perfectly well done theme rooms. Very convenient location with easy walk to clubhouse pool, lazy river and waterslide. Owners very responsive, highly recommend staying here!

Nice Place, Hosts very responsive to all our issues

Great place, Very well decorated, Hosts were very responsive. Just bad luck I guess that pool heater didnt work, theatre room couldn't be used, AC in game room didnt work, fan in master couldn't be used, and I had to make a couple trips to get batteries for remotes so guests could use TVs. Hosts were responsive and got things fixed but we paid a lot and just expect those things to work day 1 and not day 2 or day 3-4 for the theatre room.

Straight up amazing

Home is better than pictures and description. Hosts have things set up so nicely that you can use everything they have with ease. This is a tech driven home with excellent internet and plenty to occupy your families down time. We were here in 100 degree weather most of the week and the AC works effortlessly. The pool was amazing and the resort is a stones throw from the home. Resort is well maintained and plenty to do. The home is VERY clean and well set up. Beds are beyond comfortable. If your reading this review and still unsure if this is the house for you BOOK IT. You will not find a more responsive and friendly host. They go out of there way to ensure your stay is perfect and they succeeded with us.

Great location and house for large group

Four families spent our Spring Break here (kids 8-11). Perfect set up for our kids and adults. Enjoyed the pool, arcade room, and pool table rec room. Hosts were great at communicating the details and available to answer questions. The house is very close to the clubhouse where we spent most of our afternoons. Would highly recommend!

Nice home

We stayed here for one week over New Year’s. House was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 14. Everyone loved the arcade and the kids used the theater everyday! We paid to have the pool heated and were happy that we did, the temperature got down into the 50’s at night and the kids were able to swim! Kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pans, etc. House is a short walk to the resort pool which was very nice. We had a couple of questions and the host was quick to respond and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very helpful on any questions we had. The house is everything that's in the pictures plus some! The location is absolutely perfect for families. I would defiantly recommend. We will be planning another stay at this property in the future forsure!

BEST HOME EVER!

This home proved to be perfect for our extra large family while being there for our sons wedding. Communication with the owners was super and any questions were answered in a timely manner. Each room has been thoughtfully decorated and was enjoyed by all of us. The spa like bathrooms helped us to feel pampered and allowed plenty of space for wedding day prep. Loved all the seating around the dining room table and kitchen bar counter. The outside pool and game room was in constant use by the kiddos. Never did we hear they were bored. We had a large group of up to 23 (ages 3 to 85) and there was plenty of space and fun to be had. The theater room was amazing and the recliners were top quality! The amenities at the Oasis Clubhouse were just as impressive and just a short walk away. So many restaurants close by and a new Publix made meals easy for us. You will not be disappointed staying at this super clean and top quality place to stay! Thank you again, Tony and Sue for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!
