The Space:

Morning light streams through wide windows, waking the house to a gentle hum of comfort. After a day of Disney thrills or Universal excitement, you step onto a patio where the private pool glistens, ready for a splash or a relaxed soak under the Florida sky. Evenings drift into friendly competition at the foosball table, while movies play on multiple smart TVs, creating a perfect blend of downtime and shared fun.



Sleeping arrangements

The downstairs primary bedroom offers a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, giving a convenient first‑floor retreat. Upstairs you’ll find four more bedrooms: two spacious king beds each with their own ensuite, one room with two twin beds, and a themed space featuring a bunk and trundle bed plus an additional twin. Seven beds across five bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, with bathrooms thoughtfully placed throughout the home.



Living spaces & entertainment

Three distinct living areas provide ample room for everyone to unwind. One area is dedicated to games with a foosball table, while the others feature comfortable seating and smart TVs for movies or streaming. Air conditioning and heating keep the atmosphere pleasant year‑round, and a dedicated workspace with high‑speed Wi‑Fi lets you catch up on emails or plan the next day’s adventure.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for shared meals, from quick breakfasts to hearty dinners after a park‑filled day. Indoor dining tables make gathering easy, and an outdoor patio with a BBQ grill invites casual evening meals under the stars.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio to enjoy the private pool, which can be heated for an extra touch of comfort any season. Outdoor furniture creates a relaxed lounge area, perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks.

Nestled within Solterra Resort, you gain access to community amenities including a water park and clubhouse. The gated community offers a sense of privacy while keeping Orlando’s top attractions within a short drive—Disney about 25 minutes, Universal roughly 30 minutes, and SeaWorld around 25 minutes. Nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday conveniences are just a quick trip away.



Practical details

Free parking, a private entrance, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock make arrival effortless. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first‑aid kit. Washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and the home welcomes stays of 28 days or more. This Davenport retreat balances space, comfort, and convenience, making it an ideal home base for families, groups, and extended visits to Central Florida.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway



The Neighborhood:

The Solterra Resort Amenities include Resort Style Pool with Water Slide, Lazy River, Poolside Cafe, Fitness Center, Playground, Tennis and Volleyball Courts, and Recreational Area.



Located in Davenport, this home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
