We appreciated the prompt response time from the owners. We did have an issue and when it was communicated to them, they responded quickly and appropriately. They are concerned with ensuring their guests have a pleasant stay.

Host was very accommodating we had trouble with the hot tub so the host traded off heating the swimming pool for us in exchange which was very nice.... Keurig coffee maker decided not to work and within hours the host had a new one there for us which was very nice. The host was always quick to answer any questions, we never felt frustrated.

The hosts were very responsive (and quickly) to all of my questions which is super important to me when we stay somewhere for a vacation. The house was gorgeous and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. It was a bummer that the hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but the hosts made it right for us. The kids really enjoyed the pool. If you want a house that is super welcoming, this is a great one. Another plus is that we thought the beds were super comfortable. We had plenty of room for all 6 of us to stay and even had 2 guests visit for a few hours on our last day of our trip without any issues. It was a little bit further out from the Disney parks (in terms of traffic only- mileage isn't that much) but a good central location to all of the various kid-friendly adventures in Central Florida- but we dealt just fine. There was a large group of 20-something year olds that stayed a few houses down and were super loud into the wee hours of the morning but the hosts had no control over that. I would just suggest the phone number for security be included in the house folder to be reviewed upon arrival in case of something like that happening for other guests. Other than that hiccup, we would love to stay here again!

We were very happy with this property. It was very spacious, clean, enough room for everyone to spread out. We appreciate it being pet friendly and enough room and privacy for us and our extended family. We liked having the extraliving room upstairs, and enjoyed the game room. The pool was clean and heated as we requested and bbq we requested was clean and had tools we needed. We had enough pots and pans and dishes for to prepare our holiday meal. The hosts were very responsive and felt like it was actually even nicer than the pictures. We like the resort and we were fairly close to the clubhouse. The main gate is well run, but can take a while to check in on holidays as expected. Since we had multiple adult/families it was nice to be able to have 2 addition cars allowed to park on the street in addition to the 2 spaces in the driveway. We would definitely stay again.

Great house and location

Stayed here with family and friends to celebrate a birthday at Epcot. House was exactly like the pictures, clean and had all amenities you needed! Was perfect for our group and was close to Disney and plenty of restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay again!

Great Experience

My family and I loved our stay. The owner was very thoughtful and left a card thanking us for staying. We felt very safe and the house was as described. Also they provided amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The owner responded to any concerns immediately and communicated all check out instructions. I would definitely book here again.

Great Stay!

We stay in this community each year. The location of this home was fantastic as the teens could walk over to the resort pools. We loved the game room in the house as well. No issues at all. Quiet street, extra space with corner lot, clean. Would stay here again!

Christmas Vacation

Our family (kids and grandparents) had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this property. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my parents who have trouble with stairs. The heated pool and hot tub were great features. We loved visiting the Oasis club as well.

The Perfect Thanksgiving

We loved our very first 3 generation Thanksgiving . The house was perfect and very well set up for our 2 toddlers, and our 2 dogs. And the Grandparents suite downstairs worked well. Horacio and Alison were a wonderful hosts. We had great fun at The Oasis Club, fabulous food and we all enjoyed the lazy river.
