Other Things to Note

- All carpeting has been replaced with wood flooring.
- A resort fee for amenity access must be paid on-site at the clubhouse. The cost is $37.45 per party (including tax).
- After booking, we will request the names and emails of all of the adults in your party who who be driving in/out of the resort (This is a requirement of the community, you receive a printed pass at the gate). A maximum of 5 vehicles can be registered with the gate.
- If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
- Guests who wish to use the grill will be charged a $85 fee. This fee covers the use and cleaning of the grill during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this to your reservation.​​​​​​​

*All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.*

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
- If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
- No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
- Guests who wish to use the grill will be charged a $85 fee. This fee covers the use and cleaning of the grill during your stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this to your reservation.​​​​​​​
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00 PM.

Pet Policy:
This property is NOT pet-friendly.

Baby Bundle:
We offer a baby bundle to accommodate your little ones for an additional cost of $65 for the duration of your stay. This includes a pack-n-play with a thicker mattress, and a high chair. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
