In addition to the obvious benefits there is a superb golf course with its own club house and communal pool. The large gardens and paved walkways give a real sense of community that is safe for kids and a delight for that early morning walk, jog or romantic moonlight stroll.
This attractive home is both light and spacious making the most of the open plan arrangement and will be a cosy home from home.
The Lounge has plenty of comfortable seating with a large television and views to the outside pool area, this is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the parks and catch up with a ball game or a family film.
The Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs whether you opt for a banquet for the whole family or a more simple lunch/ meal at the breakfast bar.
The Dining Area is very quaint also enjoys views out to the pool deck.
