The Treehouse Lake Davis

Prime location in Lake Davis with brick paved roads, quiet neighborhood, and walking areas, but less than a mile from Downtown Orlando. The house is new construction (July 2023) and thoughtfully decorated for a perfect stay, high end features, and a private balcony to enjoy coffee or winding down in the evenings. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, you'll feel right at home!

We provide coffee, soaps, and towels for your stay and have an Alex for music :)

Other details to note: The garage is not used and not accessible, and there is not a washer/dryer on site. Please, no more than two cars at anytime. There is parking for two cars in the driveway.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

Lovely Property

Wonderful property exactly as described. Exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. Great location in a wonderful neighborhood. Responsive host. Really enjoyed my stay in the Treehouse and look forward to staying again!

Nice unit and location, but questionable communication

The apartment itself is nice and looked to be recently renovated. It was stocked amply with pots, pans, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The location is very convenient with nice parks, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. I would rate my overall stay higher were it not for the inconsistent communication from the host. 1. The Vrbo listing noted that there was laundry (washer/dryer) on the premises, which was a primary reason we booked this location. The pre-checkin message we received from the host the day we were set to arrive noted that laundry wasn't available in the unit and that there wasn't a washer/dryer. We reached out about the laundry, and they informed us that this was an error with the listing (which I can see has since been corrected). They gave us the option to use the laundry in the home next door (presumably the owner). It was a sufficient workaround, but did feel awkward going into someone else's home when that wasn't what we signed up for when we booked this Vrbo. 2. In a pre-checkout message, the host communicated a steep late checkout fee, which is not noted on the Vrbo listing: "A late fee at the value of one nights stay after 15 minutes passed checkout time will be incurred for a late checkout." 3. The Vrbo listing and the host's original pre-checkout message indicated that our checkout time was 10:00AM, so we left before 10:00AM. We then received a message from them the day of our checkout at 9:00AM saying that checkout was at 11:00AM.

The Treehouse by ‘Swan’ Lake

My wife and I chose to spend our Labor Day holiday weekend at The Treehouse, located less than 2 blocks north of Lake Davis in the Orlando area. It was a quiet, cozy and relaxing experience. For a 1bedroom 1bathroom it had all the amenities of modern day comfort and security. We particularly enjoyed waking up to a view of lush trees and foliage in close proximity to the Treehouse in this urban setting and visiting the nearby Lake Davis to see the bevy swans gliding elegantly on its waters. Very relaxing.
