Welcome to our Executive Penthouse Condo at Vista Cay Resort with Luxurious furnishings and more space than you could ever want, recently fully renovated (08/01/2025). Your Florida vacation will be complete when you step into the elegantly decorated living area, full of plush leather furniture and lots of room to unwind. Right outside the large living area is a breathtaking patio balcony with plenty of seating for sunset cocktails, Super stylish, Clean but Still very Cosy and Warm, without a doubt the best location in all Orlando! Sleeping 12 comfortably. 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.

The Space:
The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen with very nice wine cellar, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 12 while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal.
BED & BATH There are 4 bedrooms, all with Smart TVs, ceiling fans. You will find the principal Master Ensuite King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens with a desk with plenty of space to work, Also a 2nd bedroom with a 2 Queen size Beds and a desk to work, 3rd bedroom with 2 Double Size bed and a desk to work, 4th Bonus Room with 1 pull out Double Size bed and a desk with plenty of space to work and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and the new universal Studios Theme Park EPIC UNIVERSE, only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
