Overall, we had a good stay. Staff was very helpful. Frankie was amazing, we arrived middle of the night, she provided lots of info, showed us where to grab something to eat, offer us water. Checking out was simple, the assisted manager guy was pleasant, provided more details for our next stay.

Serviceable but could use improvement

The facilities are fine but the experience was mediocre at best. Customer service was good, but the actual stay was just serviceable. A little too out of the way in terms of location and not worth the money saved up staying at a little nicer hotel with a better location.

The room seemed like they were all renovated. Everything was clean. Front desk was nice. Just wish they would’ve had some type of protein for breakfast eggs or some type of meat to go along with the pancakes. I do believe people stay here long-term and they have their little chairs on the first floor, which was not to aesthetic otherwise everything was perfect

Was on site due to 2 revivals... Da property is tucked away , it is kept clean n in well repair outside n inside... Da room it's self was clean n I can truly testify to dat cuz I'm extremely sensitive to dust n any smells especially smoke n it was on point. So glad cuz I've stayed in more popular well know hotels n gotten sick from dirty rugs, strong smoke smelling rooms dat said no smoking... Da pool was well maintained... IT was quiet n safe spot... My only complaint is dat da room advertised it had a coffee machine n it did not!!! I'm a tea drinker n latte n my husband must have coffee a few times a day n we came prepared wit r supplies for it... Had to go wit out wen needed n da coffee at office was very poor not to mention who wants to walk all da way to da office to get a nasty cup of a poor excuse for coffee, only available during office hours... So no late nite or early morning cup... Otherwise da room was comfortable n adequate for r needs... Would use Sure Stay hotel again if we was in dat area...Oh da price was reasonable n staff helpful worth a true recommendation...

Good Place to Stay

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A/C worked just fine. The shower head could have been better, but it worked ok. The coffee was very good. It's a continental breakfast and is ok if you like pancakes, instant oatmeal or cereal.
