This lovely villa is situated in the Orange Tree Community on US Highway 27, approximately 2 miles north of Highway 192, and only a 15 minute drive away from the gates of Walt Disney World.
Universal Orlando and Sea World are a 25 minute drive away, and traveling time to Orlando International Airport is approximately 45 minutes.
The fully air conditioned property can accommodate 8 people comfortably and comprises 4 bedrooms (king, queen, queen and 2 x twin beds) 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, laundry room and games room.

Great home
This was a fantastic property and I would rent here again. The Orange tree community is quiet and the house was perfect. Close to a Walmart and a publix which was great. We had no issues with the home at all.
