The Space:

Soft mornings drift into easy afternoons as you settle into this Davenport retreat, where space, comfort, and playful touches create a relaxed home base for your Orlando getaway. After a day exploring nearby parks, you can unwind in the open living area, step out onto the patio for fresh air, or let the kids escape to their themed bedrooms that spark pure vacation joy.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, two themed bedrooms bring Disney adventures to life. The Star Wars – Rise of the Resistance room offers one full bed and one twin bed, each with its own TV. The Mickey and Minnie Railway Runaway room mirrors that setup, also featuring a full bed, a twin bed, and a TV. The Blue Sanctuary bedroom provides a king bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy. Downstairs, the Midnight Nest houses a second king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. With a total of six beds, the home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. A Pack n Play and a high chair are provided for families with young children.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen centers around a large island that seats four, while a formal dining table accommodates eight. A dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all essential cookware make meal preparation easy. A dedicated workspace lets you stay connected when needed.



Living spaces

The open‑concept living area serves as a natural gathering point for movie nights or planning the next day’s adventures. A washer and dryer are conveniently located, and linens, towels, and a hair dryer are supplied to streamline your packing.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
