Don’t get me wrong this house was amazing for our family- we drove up from MI with our 4 kids and 2 dogs. I took stars away cuz how dirty it was! You can tell they just turn this place over and do the bare minimum.. the walls need a good cleaning.. the toilet in the master bathroom was absolutely disgusting with poop still all over the rim. The carpets upstairs are nasty.. they need to clean them! I told my kids to keep there sandals on up there.. There was food all on the curtains and the shower curtains, and the carpet upstairs in the bedroom: there was left over dog poop and cigarette butts all in the pool area empty shot glasses, hair in the pool filter goggles. The pool guy was there Friday when we arrived, but he didn’t clean the pool that well.. there was plastic floating in the pool, after he “ cleaned “ it You would think they would have a couple pool toys but they didn’t. I mean for the it would have been perfect if it was cleaned! I shouldn’t have to check in and clean the property! There were no oven mitts. The whole house just needs a good cleaning- the floors had so much hair and sand on it - the resort is kinda dangerous the layout- they need to put the entrance up a little. Seems like yall wouldn’t want traffic sitting out like that in the road. I did message the host and informed her about the dirty house. She offered to have someone come back and clean it at that point it was just we were already there and you should’ve done it right the first time.
