Enjoy the property’s amenities, including a complimentary heated pool and hot tub, washing machine, air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The property also boasts a five and a half bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Enjoy the resort's massive club house with a full bar/cafe, pool with water slide, spa, lazy river, gym, playground and tennis court. This beautifully renovated home also boasts an awesome backyard complete with a full-size BBQ grill and much more. Experience our dream vacation of a lifetime! Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Note:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home except for garage and owner storage closet and housekeeping access which are locked. You will have access to community amenities for a resort one time fee per stay. Solterra Resort does charge a one time Amenity Access Fee of $35 for parties of 1 - 13 people and $48 for parties of 13 or more. This one time fee is charged per house per reservation and allows you access to all the Resort Amenities for the duration of your stay. Payments must be made in person at the clubhouse office.
Safety is our priority for all guests. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Feel safe at our property with a full Ring alarm system. Parking can
accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway. No overnight parking on the street. There are designated parking spots for free around the resort if vehicles will not fit in the driveway, please ask the front gate workers for more detail about extra parking. STARTER SUPPLIES:
Our starter supplies are designed for a short stay only. If you plan to stay longer, you should plan to buy more supplies. We want to ensure that you have enough supplies for your first nights and that you can relax on your first arrival.

POOL: Our pool is scheduled for cleaning every Monday morning. Please avoid using the pool during the morning hours on Mondays.

This home is precisely as described—a true luxury from top to bottom. Every aspect is top-notch, from the new furniture to the high-end decor. The kitchen is complete with all the essentials, including an espresso coffee machine. The game room is equally impressive, featuring a bowling machine and a spacious area for games. Beautiful home in Solterra Resort!

This home was exactly as described and the host, Sander, was excellent with communication. The pool heat being included was a plus as most homes it’s only included with a fee. Sander was a great host and made sure everything was as it should be. We will definitely be back and the gator in the pond outback was another wonderful addition to our stay.Thanks again Sander for an amazingly my stay!!

Beautiful and modern home.

My family and I loved this House! We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotless, spacious, new furnitures, and exactly as described.The kitchen has everything we need even wine glasses and air fryer. The Spa and pool was really warm. The location was close to Disney and very convenient. The host was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any questions and ensuring everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay with a family or large group.
