The property was decent! The neighborhood was very congested. The host was great with communication! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was good proximity to the Disney parks.

host was nice and welcoming, house was nice and very spacious but i felt it could’ve been cleaned a bit better as we saw cobwebs and the walls were scuffed and looked dirty. the pool area was nice, could’ve been cleaner but i chalked it up to being off season :)

The house is huge! It basically has two spacious master suites! The kids loved the nice foosball table! The beds were all extremely comfortable. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and we had plenty of room. We can’t wait to come back!

The location of this house was perfect for us, near groceries (Publix/ Walmart/DG) gas stations and restaurants. Additionally, it only took us about 30 mins to get to Sea World from our stay! Old Town was not to far ether. Neighborhood was quiet and house was spacious. We had plenty of fun playing darts, air hockey and foosball in the garage. The kids went swimming each day, 3 to 5 foot in dept, perfect for little kids and adults. The home is an older home but that did not bother us as it fit our needs just fine. The owner did provide swim towels in each room in addition to bath towels which was nice. Lastly, we did run short on toilet paper and had to buy more but overall was not a huge issue.

This property is very poorly maintained both inside and out. The pictures on VRBO do not reflect the true state of the villa. The pool area was particularly bad, it was filthy and the table and chairs were disgusting and in our opinion unsafe to use due to severe corrosion. The pool screening was damaged in a few places and this has led to an increased number of critters and frogs to enter the area and pollute the pool. The fridge in the kitchen has many broken shelves and the washing machine and dryer are very dilapidated looking. Some of the glassware in the kitchen was unwashed and the toothbrush holders were appalling.. The shower head in the ensuite master was full of mold. All not very inviting to use.In the living area there is evidence of water damage and some walls are very badly stained because of it. The patio door did not have a pool alarm but was rectified very quickly by management. The whole house needs a very deep clean.We booked this villa for 14 nights and left after one. The host said the conditions were acceptable and offered us very little compensation. Booking this villa has cost us a lot financially as we had to rent elsewhere at very short notice . We couldn't leave quickly enough! It also ruined the start of our holiday too. We visit Florida every year and have stayed in 30 plus villas, we have never experienced such poor standards and this is our first ever negative review.
