We were a group of 18 travelling together - 10 adults and 8 children (all aged 5 or under). The house itself was nice. Even with 18 people, we never felt like we were too crowded. The common areas were standard. The couches in the living room were a bit worn and knobby, but otherwise fine. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The biggest hiccup or pain point in the kitchen was the fridge. It’s small when you’re trying to feed so many people. I would recommend a second fridge or beverage fridge. Also, the ice maker was not good. There was rarely enough ice for our drinks. The outdoor area was great! We paid extra for the bbq and pool heating and are glad we did! The pool has a safety fence around it, but the house is also equipped with a pool alarm. The resort was nice. It was about a 10 minute walk from our house. The lazy river and kids pool were also great features but we felt the water in them to be very cold. We weren’t thrilled with the cleanliness of the property. The floors were completely dirty, so much so that our feet or socks were almost black within a few hours of being there. We informed the property manager and they sent a cleaner the next day to clean the floors again, but it was only marginally better. In addition to that, we found the floor around the pool, towels and showers weren’t spotless. We had some issues with the wifi for a couple days, which eventually got rectified, but it took a while.
