Park Villa - 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms
A sunny pool home with hot tub and games room located in the gated community of Highgate at Legacy Park. The 4 bedroom villa features a south facing pool deck and great location which is peaceful yet within 20 minutes of Disney.
There is a large bright living area with comfortable leather sofas and TV, overlooking the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar or enjoy a family meal together at the dining table.
Outdoors there is a covered shaded area with table and chairs. For those looking to soak up some Florida sunshine, this pool deck faces south to enjoy the sun throughout the day. There are loungers to relax, or why not sink into the hot tub and enjoy a cool drink. Pool/hot tub heating available at an additional cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)
The master bedroom is located at the rear of the home and also has access to the pool area. There is an ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, bath tub and separate shower, as well as large walk-in closet space.
There are two bedroom perfect for the children – one has a bunk bed (with full size on the bottom and twin above), the other has two twin beds. There is a further queen bedroom located towards the front of the home with an ensuite bathroom.
This home has a games room including pool table and air hockey plus seating for extra space to spread out and relax.
Towels and linens are provided together with washer and dryer for guest use.

Decent home in Davenport
The home is in a real quiet and nice neighborhood. The home is spacious and clean but the walls are in need of painting. Master bathroom is large, there could’ve been some dusting done to the home. Especially the lamps in the master bedroom. Larger TV upgrades are needed. The pool needs a little work. Hot tub doesn’t get hot. Make sure you bring ALL of the household supplies you’ll need because there was a bare minimum in the home. Overall, not a bad home just needs some TLC. My family enjoyed our time there.
