The home has a large living areas downstairs for your group. A large open concept living area downstairs to gather the family awaits you. A beautiful dining area with seating for 6 and large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar at the kitchen Island has seating for 4 more guests. There is a large screen Roku TV in the living Room/kitchen combo area.There is also a lounge area upstrairs with a large Roku TV to watch your favorite movies and relax after a long day at the parks. In the garage we have a Basketball Game.

The outside area has a covered patio overlooking the fully screened in pool. Ample seating and lounge chairs are available to soak up the warm Florida sun. Take a dip in the private pool (Pool Heat is Extra) or soak in the spill over spa. This home is a short drive to the Solterra resort clubhouse and its ameninites, pools, lazy river and everything else. Solterra may surprise you in more ways than one! Homes in Solterra are located on over-sized conservation or water home sites, providing privacy in the back yard. Nature's paradise can be your private retreat! IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES. READ BEFORE BOOKING: PARKING: Please always lock your vehicle. You can park your car on the house driveway. A few additional street parking spaces are available if needed and these vehicles must be parked within the designated, market spaces along the curb. Vehicles parked on the street outside of marked spaces and other unauthorized vehicles can be towed without notice.

Parking in common area parking spaces (not including the clubhouse/amenity center) shall be on a first come/first serve basis. However, vehicles shall not be parked in the same space for more than three (3) consecutive days or may be subject to towing. No overnight parking at the clubhouse is allowed. Violators are subject to immediate towing. PARTIES: That community has very strict NO parties policy.

There are security people and off duty Sherrif officers to enforce the law working in the community. The HOA has contracted with the security company in order to provide manned vehicle roving every evening. The roving service searches noise complaints and for cars not parked in a designated area and immediately calls the tow truck. If we receive complains there is a party going on in the property, a penalty fee will be charged.
