The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the private patio, the gentle hum of the pool inviting you to dip in before the day’s adventures begin. The open‑plan living spaces stretch out, offering room for everyone to gather, laugh, and unwind after a theme‑park marathon. As evening settles, the soft glow of the pool lights reflects on the water, creating a calm retreat where conversations linger into the night.



Sleeping arrangements

The home features five spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to fifteen guests with eleven beds. A bedroom and a shared bathroom on the first floor provide easy access for those who prefer to stay ground level, while the upper floor adds additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a second living area for extra privacy and flexibility.



Living areas

The main family room centers on a flat‑screen TV and reclining couches, perfect for relaxing between outings. A dedicated workspace in the common area offers a quiet spot for remote work or planning. The game room, equipped with a pool table, adds another fun gathering point without leaving the house.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances gives you the space to prepare meals for large groups. Indoor and outdoor dining tables make it simple to share breakfast, dinner, or snacks, whether you prefer the cool interior or the warm Florida air on the patio. Bathroom supplies, fresh linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided for longer stays.



Outdoor living

The private pool is available year‑round and can be heated, letting you enjoy a swim at any time. A fenced backyard and patio feature sun loungers and ample space for outdoor dining, creating a relaxed setting for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks.



Community amenities

Guests receive complimentary access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where a resort‑style pool with water slide, cabanas, lazy river, Tiki Bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and tennis facilities await. A public 18‑hole golf course, driving range, and clubhouse are also on site, adding even more options for recreation.

Guest Access:

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
