Sheraton Vistana Villages 1 Bedroom Villa - Close Proximity to ALL Theme Parks

Minutes from Orlando's famous theme parks, Sheraton Vistana Villages on International Drive is an attraction in its own right, featuring a quarter-acre (1,012 square meters) water wonderland with a "splashtacular" centerpiece waterfall. Surrounded by 95 beautifully landscaped acres (38 hectares), spacious and comfortable one- and two-bedroom villas celebrate the vibrant style of Florida and offer granite-counter kitchens, living/dining rooms, and plush baths. The resort also has Breeze Bar & Grille, The Villages Marketplace, tennis courts, fitness centers, and an activities program.

-A package fee of $10 per package applies to all guests and owners. A valid ID matching the name of the recipient is required to retrieve a package from our mailroom.

-Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice.

-Resort will be undergoing multiple enhancements projects from APR 7, 2025 through NOV 15, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in these buildings. -SMOKE-FREE RESORT. Smoking is NOT permitted in the units or public common areas. Some resorts may have a designated area where smoking is permitted. For additional information, concerns about use of e-smoking devices or possible penalties for non-compliance, contact the resort directly.

-Although certain Westin/Sheraton hotels are pet friendly, the Vacation Ownership Resorts strictly enforce a No Pets policy, with the exception of service animals assisting persons with disabilities.

Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee. The resort assesses a handling fee of $10-$25 (by weight) per package mailed to confirmed guests.

-This Getaway is nonrefundable. A refund will not be issued in the event of cancellation.
