In the first room the toilet didn't work and in the second room there was no electricity on half of the outlets and the cards for the room had to be reset daily

Never has the term 'You get what you pay for!' been more accurate. We checked in around 10pm, there was 1 receptionist and a line of 5 guests in front of us. He seemed a bit tired, irritated and flustered which is completely understandable if you're the only staff at reception attending to dozens of guests with many different needs. The elevator to our room is falling apart and has no carpet, you could literally see the wood floor. We get to our room and it's a dump. Dirty carpets, sheets and weird lighting everywhere. To top it all off it smelled like someone had sprayed a whole bottle of Roach Spray in the room just before you went in. It was difficult and painful to breath. The complimentary breakfast in the morning literally had eggs and toast and Tang orange juice. We skipped it and couldn't wait to be on our way! Never again!!!

It took us being moved three times to get two rooms with working AC. The bathroom light in one room was out was never changed. We stayed for two night our door keys wouldn't work multiple times. We asked housekeeping not to go in our rooms and even signed off on not needing the service. After being gone all day we return to find all of our towels removed but no new ones. In the second room they had turned off the AC and the room was now 85°. It took all night for the room to cool down. Needdless to say we are pretty disappointed in our stay.

Worst Customer service , Booked the trip Thru Orbitz and if I didn’t have a Booking confirmation # the Receptionist would of not given me my reservation. The Maintenance guy was an A Hole TV Remote was not working , and the cleaning people never brought clean Towels always had to go to front desk for clean towels ... over all the worst ever

Truthfully, it has been a year since I stayed at the Roomba and I still remember how disappointed I was. It was my daughter and my first time to Disney World. One good thing I can say is the location because it was a few minutes drive to the front gate but that is the only good thing. The walls were thin so we could hear people playing in the pool outside all night. The lobby smelled. The breakfast was basically a single table with breads, single serving cereals, single serving milks.....For me the staff was nice but not helpful because when we checked in, we were given the room check and told if it doesn't work, just come back.... made me a little skeptical already. Needless to say the key didn't work so we went back. They didn't give us a new key, they told us that the maintenance staff would meet us at the room so we went back and waited. Instead of giving us a new room or new keys they had maintenance meet us at the room to fix the lock. It was more confusing than it had to be.

I checked in as soon as I went to the room I noticed the elevator wasn’t working my room smelled like mold the other room they tried to give me smelt like someone recently smoked in it and to top it off I did research on the hotel and it turns out there was a killing there about a month ago i felt like I was in motel where prostitues get banged and drug dealers do deal straight ghetto stood one night and checked out early so disappointed

Well, the check in was fast and there was a friendly staff, but as soon we got to the room the key wasn’t working because it was close to the cellphone, the room was clean but not enough towels for the 6 of us and when I tried to call,none of the 2 phones were working and my daughter wanted to watch tv and the remote had no batteries then when we went to the lobby (which is not too close) and then told the staff everything we needed and we heard when the staff called the maintenance person to go and give us what we needed we never received it. And that’s all about bad things but on the other hand the breakfast was good, the laundry machine worked well, and the pool was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

We got there and there was a line it seems like everyone in front of me had some kind of issue. We got our room and when we went to it the door was open with luggage in it. they did change our room. This place needs some tender loving care for sure. In the morning to get the breakfast you have to go to the desk for the time share.

This hotel was old, cracks, and holes in the wall. There were cockroaches coming out of the microwave and refrigerator that was in the room. Even though housekeeping was there every day, they did not take care of the problem. Laundry room was also unclean. Will never go back to this hotel.

Stayed before but apparently they have decided to remove the microwaves and refrigerators from the standard rooms. That really discussed me. However it is in a very convenient spot. Hallway floors from 2 and up have nasty carpets that they were using a blower on instead of vacuuming it. Which does not get the dirt up. Also much of the wood below it, feels as if the floor will fall in on you. Curtain in room wouldn't close all the way, so laying in bed we could see people walking up the hallway. Pool bar stated it would be open at 3pm. Never opened and I called down to office to be told it was going to open and he was going to make sure and call me back. He never called back.To be honest it looked like it had not been opened in some time. Hotel has great potential but apparently maybe it needs a new owner to get things done.

Needs remodeled badly. There was holes on the wall and a screw sticking out of the wall. It wasn't as nice as the pictures showed. Rooms were never serviced. We got back from the parks at 11:00 pm and it took me half an hour to walk around the hotel from front desk to laundry to get towels and blankets. We got a suite and the other room was a pull out couch with no sheets or blankets. We also on last night seen ants around the shower and sink.

This stay at this hotel was terrible!!! The breakfast it’s a joke and the WiFi of the hotel doesn’t work and if you call the staff they hang up the phone call as soon as you ask for the WiFi. Regarding the room it has too many things broken and they don’t mind to fix it. Wear crocs to use the bath!

The room was damp and very unappealing with no decorations, crooked light, poor tv reception, etc.

I knew that this hotel was not a 5 star hotel when I booked it. However, Idid not expect the room to smell like a dirty wet dog. The room and facilities doesn't look anything like their advertisements. As soon. As I ask for my refund because I decided not to stay, they gave me a run around. I eventually did get my refund because I was persistent. They various people complaining about the rooms. They whole place needs a makeover.

I booked for 4 nights. It was scary and dirty I got up at 6 in the morning didn’t even want to brush my teeth. I left and never went back. Called Orbitz they promised a refund I never got. If it wasn’t so run down an loaded with drug dealers and women of the night, it did have a large pool, hot tub and Tikki bar.
