Wonderful Home!

The whole renting process with Eddie was amazing! Highly recommend. The home was just as described. Eddie responded to all our communications promptly and pleasantly. This was our first time renting in this neighborhood, we have done many others, and we were very happy with the accommodations and resort amenities. We slept 10 adults and 2 infants very comfortably Proximity to the parks was satisfactory considering the amount of Disney traffic all times of the day and night! We had a blast! Thanks Eddie!

Nice Ct. House was Perfect for my Family!

I really liked this house! It's probably my favorite out of the ones that I have rented. The owner is great and very responsive! I had one issue, with the HOA, and he responded immediately and helped me work through it. That would be the only complaint. The HOA/security is extremely strict on parking. That has nothing to do with the house or the owners. Heat for the pool was included so we spent a lot of time in it and the jacuzzi. The house is big and roomy, so if you have a lot of people, you never feel like you are on top of each other. The neighborhood has pools and a lazy river, we just never made it that far. I would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay here again! Thank you so much for a great place to stay on our family vacation!

PRICING BEING EQUAL - 4 REASONS TO BOOK THIS HOME

Have stayed in many homes at Windsor at Westside because this gated community is located between Disney and Legoland and has a great community pool, splash pad and lazy river included in the price. Here are 4 reasons to book this property on Nice Ct. 1) POOL/SPA The pool and spa heat are included at no charge, which I have not seen with any other listing. The spa actually heats up to 100 degrees which most only heat up to the temp of the pool. Pool area also has nice string lights for a fun nighttime ambience. 2) ALL AMENITITES SUPPLIED You get a weeks supply of soaps for kitchen and bath, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dishwasher, and laundry. Also paper towels, TP, and garbage bags, and plenty of pool and bath towels. Not to mention a drawer full of coffee, teas, sugar and honey. I was pleasantly surprised. 3) ROOMS The 3 kids rooms are wonderfully themed, for boys or girls, and was a great hit with our 4 grandkids. They enjoyed more than just sleeping in them. Also there is a half bath on the first floor which is much appreciated. 4) BEST HOST EVER Can't say enough good things about Eddie, our host. He responds immediately to answer questions or resolve issues. And the issues actually get resolved. Book this home. I know we will again.

Family getaway

This property was perfect for our family trip. We traveled to this area for college softball spring training. This house was plenty big enough for us and it had everything we needed for our stay. We invited family over to enjoy the resort pool and stay for dinner and everyone was very impressed. We had plenty of room to relax, cookout and enjoy our visit. The host Eddie was so nice to deal with, always answered my emails right away with any questions I had and gave us his direct number to call incase we needed anything once checked in.

Great home!

The house is great and beautifully decorated! I sent Eddie (our host) a message asking if he had a shower chair and he responded ASAP and brought it to the house right away. He was a great host, I highly recommend staying at this house and we are definitely staying there again next time!
