The place was perfect. TONS of room, this house is massive. The house was equipped with everything needed and was very clean. The only thing I would change would be to not have to drive to the main clubhouse and big pool, as it was pretty far away from those amenities. Also, more towels would have been great. Overall this place was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!

Over all the house was the typical Florida home. We have come to find there are never enough towels and you're constantly doing laundry; as well as you have to stock the kitchen and house with your own paper products. Not a big deal but typical. The TV's/Wifi took a bit to figure out and a couple that didn't work overall. There is no hand railing to get in and out of the pool so my mom could not use either the pool or the Hot tub as it is difficult for her to get in and out. One of the lamps in the master bedroom on the second floor did not work correctly. It was nice to be able to adjust the temperature to our convince of 72 degrees. The furniture was comfortable, beds were comfortable and clean. We did come at the end of season so I know the house was used this season as the handrail and the corners of the walls were sticky and grey going up the stairwell. There PM was quick to come and change the batteries in the fire extinguisher, very polite and helpful.I think the most disappointing was that I thought the house was near the pool house. It is NOT. To get to the pool house you can walk through the woods or you can get in the car and drive around the block approximately 1 mile and then use the pool, game room etc. Then the ONE day that we go over to the pool house, they were refurbishing the pool and it was closed for the day. We did not get any communication from the property management team. It was frustrating bc this was my husband's one day to be there.
