VILLA DESCRIPTION:
The main living and dining area flow seamlessly into the bright kitchen and family room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar. The family room includes double patio doors that open to the pool deck. The master bedroom, located just off the family room, also has direct access to the pool deck. It boasts a generous walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom with a garden tub, separate shower, and dual vanity. The two additional bedrooms are spacious, with ample closet space, and share the main bathroom.

A wonderful stay !

The host was very responsive and the home had everything that we needed for our stay ! About 27 mins from Magic Kingdom so it was perfect for our Disney trip. Check in and check out was smooth and the host was super accommodating!

Enjoyable stay in an excellent location especially if you are a golfer. A quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities. 30 second walk to Highlands Reserve golf course with views of the first tee box from the pool deck. Property is exactly as described with a very responsive owner and property management team.

Nice clean home in Highlands Reserve

Stay was great, house was clean and amenities were good. Only issues was there were no good pool cues so we couldn't use tge pool table and the outdoor pool deck needed to be hosed down but the hose was cut up and only good for filling the pool. Pool furniture was getting worn and dirty looking and 2 lay out chairs were broken as well as one screen door hinge. All minor things and didnt take away from our enjoyment. I recommend renting this house but if you are a nit picker or perfectionist keep looking but unless you plan on paying a lot more money.

Loved it!

We had an awesome week at this property. Beautiful area for walks, watching golf on the back. House was lovely, with ping pong for an inside break. Had everything we needed in terms of towels, dishes, etc. Pool was nice too:) I had a couple of communications with owner and with management company when I had a question and was replied to quite quickly. Loved having an affordable house in a nice area, without having to have a ton of bedrooms.

Good but not perfect

First off the owner did respond in a timely manner. The issues were there is a ant problem. We had found hundreds of ants in the Master bathtub. We used Raid to kill them but they kept coming back. This isn’t a issue that can be fixed right away but needs a professional to come out and fix. The ad is miss leading where it says the grill is included but doesn’t state it’s a extra cost which is what we found out through the owner. Our instructions for checkout states the time is 11 but owner said it was 10. We were looking for a place that we could come back to every other month since my kids live here and we have clients in the area. Unfortunately we will be using a different listing. Again the owner does respond quickly and he allowed us to check in early which was nice of him.
