This beautiful large vacation home close to Disney is located on the desirable West Haven community. The home has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms sleeping 16 guest and is perfect for families, larger groups or Golfers wanting to enjoy the world class courses in the area.

The villa has a very spacious sitting room with lots of comfortable seating and large screen TV.
Full air con and high speed Wifi throughout.
With a conservation view, private pool and spa this home is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day visiting any of the popular attractions within the area. Outside covered dining area, great for al fresco dining.

The home comes with a fully equipped large kitchen, breakfast bar (or cocktail bar) and dining area with enough seating for everyone

Only a short ride away from the popular Champions Gate area where you will find shopping, bars, restaurants pretty much everything you would expect to see.

Great Place, Great Location, Parking BEWARE!

8 guys on a golf trip and the house met all of our needs! Ktichen was well stocked, the house was cleand, start up incidentals had everything we needed and included a bag of ice! Communication with the the owner and manger was fantastic! Parking Beware! Please pay close attention on the info regarding parking! We had only two vehicles parked in the driveway. One had 6" of the tires on the grass and the HOA had the vehicle towed. Was not a fun experience and all they had to do was asked and we would have moved it. It had nothing to do with the owner but would not want to have this happen to anyone else!

Terrific rental. Quiet neighborhood away from the Disney traffic but close to everything. House was as advertised. Well stocked kitchen and 8 clean BR with private baths. Called owner and he picked up on first ring. Concern was handled within minutes. Rent with confidence. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again.

Eight friends aged 70 enjoy the choices of multiple courses in the area. The 8 bedroom 8 bath house has been our annual one week home for the last three years.

Marathon weekend stay

Spent 6 nights here with a group of 12 for the Disney marathon weekend (middle of January 2025) and added the heated pool option for the stay. Communication from the host was great, even when I lost the check in email just before we arrived at the property. Property is located in a very nice and quiet gated community that was mostly an easy drive back and forth to Disney, but during rush hour was very busy with lots of traffic. With the worst traffic it was roughly a 40 minute drive, but with light traffic it was closer to 20 minutes to the parks. Lots of good food nearby and multiple large grocery stores within 5-10 minutes away. The house itself was perfect for our needs...6 couples each had their own king or queen bed and their own private bathroom. Everyone felt the beds/pillows were comfortable with nice linens and each room had bath and face towels. Small hotel bar soap in the bathrooms so if you prefer liquid soap you'll need to bring your own. Water peruse was great with plenty of hot water. Large kitchen with a huge island and dining table seating for 10 was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. There was nothing additional we felt we needed when prepping meals.Only real complaint was the pool heating, but the host warned that it doesn't work well in the cooler months so we knew it may still be cold...and it was freezing.Overall was a fantastic place to stay, would love to stay here again, but would pass on paying to heat the pool.

Orlando golf trip

8 adults staying for 7 nights golfing. House could not be recommended highly enough. Spotlessly clean in a great area and everything you need is there. We have stayed in quite a few houses in the area and this one is easily the best. One small thing I would change is the air con was set to 75 and some of the hotter days this was a little to high but I’m being very picky. All in all a brilliant house to rent.

Great Stay

We loved everything about our stay here. We came for a cheerleading competition at ESPN and the location was great, not too far from ESPN or Disney parks. We were there during the Super Bowl as well. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for us to make our Super Bowl snacks while the kids relaxed in the pool. We shared the place with family and friends. There were 11 of us total and we all had our own space and I loved that we had plenty of parking for our extra vehicles. Would definitely stay here again!
