- An inviting LIVING ROOM on the main level with a giant plush sofa and a large Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home cozied up together.

- You’ll have direct access from the sitting and dining area to the SCREENED-IN LANAI with a heatable SWIMMING POOL and WHIRLPOOL! On the patio, you’ll find a dining table and sun loungers. It’s the perfect oasis to retreat and enjoy a fun pool day on a day off from the parks!

- A fully equipped KITCHEN with high-quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, a blender for afternoon beverages, and a dishwasher for easy cleanups.

- Gather around the BREAKFAST BAR for a quick bite or a coffee, or use it as a laptop workspace. The DINING TABLE, which can seat 10, is a great place to enjoy a homemade meal together. The home has FAST WI-FI, so you’ll stay seamlessly connected!

- An IN-HOME GAME ROOM! The game room is equipped with a mini Billiards table and a basketball hoop. There’s also a Smart TV and a high-top table and chairs for hanging out with your vacation crew.

The home, inside the Windsor Cay community, is about 31 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests must climb stairs inside the home.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- All adult guests (18+) are required to register. Resort pass-sharing is not allowed.
- All guests wishing to access the Reef Club and resort amenities must present a copy of their reservation (showing their name and Windsor Cay address) and a valid photo ID at check-in.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 11 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- Please note that we are not responsible for the availability of community amenities. The resort manages any closures or maintenance.
- Florida law does not allow open food to be kept, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out.
- The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge. You must request it at least three days before your arrival and keep it heated for the full duration of your stay.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We take this seriously. The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, following all CDC and WHO guidelines. We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat to kill bacteria or viruses. You can rest easy knowing that our home is a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using an electronic door code. Access codes will be provided before arrival.
