Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 larger vehicles (SUVs) or 3 smaller sedan style cars. HOA does not allow any street parking.

Parking
Parking for up to 3 medium sized cars or two larger vehicles. No truck or street parking allowed.

Pets
Up to 2 dogs welcome in this home up to 30 lbs apiece or 1 dog up to 60 lbs.
No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Pool Heat
Guests must contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
